Don't let the end of the school year slow you down! Keep your athletic edge sharp and build a stronger foundation for the summer. We have had several students reach out about the last week of school AND the first week of Summer so we are adding two extra 4-day sessions for those weeks. Register for up to 2 weekly sessions with 90-minute training blocks, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, where we will focus on developing your strength, enhancing your movement quality, building endurance, improving flexibility and mobility, and training for speed and power. These sessions are designed for general athletic improvement, not specific to any one sport, and will be held in the Weight Room. This is for Session 1, which is Monday through Thursday, May 19 - 22. The cost to attend this weekly session is $100. *Note Memorial Day weekend is 5/24-5/26 Registration will close on May 17th.
