About This Activity
If your clothes need mending—whether it’s a zipper replacement, hemming, or resizing—this hands-on sewing class is for you! Having learned from her great-grandmother, Kat has been sewing since childhood, making and repairing clothes and household items for years. In this class, she will teach you essential sewing skills so you can fix or alter your own garments using your materials and supplies. The course includes three 2-hour sessions, with Thursday evening classes in Winthrop, and potential expansion to other locations next term based on interest.
