Explore Middle Eastern Dance along with other world dance forms while strengthening and toning your body! Belly Dance increases your flexibility, grace, posture and self-confidence. You will learn a new choreographed dance each session along with technique and movement drills. Teacher Mari has been studying world dance since 1995. The class is like a "girls night out!" Come and have fun while getting in shape! Bare feet, socks or ballet slippers are all welcome. Bring a towel or mat for floor stretching if desired.
