Master essential volleyball techniques like serving, passing, spiking, blocking, and defensive play, all while learning the rules and fundamentals of the game. Perfect technique with guided repetition and one-on-one coaching, focusing on precision and consistency. Apply skills in game-like scenarios during team scrimmages and build confidence on the court. Wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes. Optional: bring a pair of knee pads.
