Our Active Start Clinics are a weekly program for boys and girls ages 2-5, designed to spark a love of movement and build the foundation for a lifetime of active living! Following the Active Start stage of the Long Term Athlete Development model, we use a playful approach to develop your child's fundamental movement skills through exciting games and activities. They'll learn essential skills like running, jumping, twisting, kicking, throwing, and catching – all while building confidence and social skills that will benefit them in sports and beyond. Please note for our youngest athletes (ages 2-3), we require parent participation to support their child's exploration and maximize their enjoyment. March 2 to April 27, skipping March 9, April 13 & 20 (6 sessions)
