About This Activity
Description
Through 3 categories of training, participants are able to focus the mind and body towards a target and combine it with proper timing to deliver a devastating blow to a would be attacker. Equally important, practicing traditional karate tones the body, develops composure, increases one's self confidence and heightens one's sense of awareness to help avoid dangerous situations. Uniform is required and available through the instructor.
