Learn to relax your jaw, neck, shoulders and more with gentle movement patterns designed to help you manage the effects of TMJ and bruxism. The movements improve the function of your jaw as well as reduce tension, headaches and other associated symptoms. 1 class.
Discover the Feldenkrais Method®, a sophisticated system of neuromuscular re-patterning developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, engineer, martial artist and movement scientist.
Instructor: Dale Jensen, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner
Dale Jensen is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. He has a long-standing interest in teaching, movement, well-being, and healing. He brings his experience as an environmental educator, a physics instructor, technical trainer, meditator, and aikido practitioner to his Feldenkrais teaching. When not studying Feldenkrais, he spends his time playing football and building Legos with his two boys, growing his garden, cooking, and spending time with his wife.
Active in the Feldenkrais community, Dale currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Feldenkrais Guild of North America and volunteers his IT skills in various capacities.
