About This Activity
Description
This activity is closed to further registration.
Students will become physically fit and confident in themselves and will learn how to protect themselves when placed into a physical confrontation situation by the offending child/person. Students will be taught when to defend themselves in different situations and why.
Uniforms are available for purchase through the instructor.
