About This Activity
T1 Tumbling Basics with Coach Mikey Intro skills will be perfected and athletes will learn a proper hollow body position, learn to punch off the floor with their toes and locked ankles, with a strong focus on round-offs. While perfecting round-offs & handstands, athletes begin drills for back handsprings and round-off back handsprings. Coach recommendation required. Session dates: December 2-February 28 Make-up week: March 3-7 No classes will be held: December 23-January 3 or February 17; we offer 11 weeks of tumbling (10 weeks on Mondays due to the holiday) Class size is limited to an 8:1 ratio. Registrations are accepted on a first-come basis and enrollment is not complete until payment is received. A minimum of 4 athletes is required for the class to be held. Once a class is full, you may choose the “waitlist” button and you will be notified if a spot in that class becomes available. All registrations are considered non-refundable. There is a $25 transfer fee to switch classes once enrolled. All athletes must have a valid Annual Membership Fee on file while enrolled in class.
