Intro to Tumbling (Intro) by Coach Jason. We will focus on tumbling basics: handstands, cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, body positions, flexibility & strength, and will learn drills, terminology & proper stretching technique. Session dates: Sept 3 - Nov 9, 2018. No classes will be held Sept 3 and Oct 8. Make-up week: Nov 12 -16. Class sizes are limited to an 8:1 ratio. Registrations are accepted on a first-come basis and enrollment is not complete until payment is received. All athletes must have a valid Annual Membership Fee on file while enrolled in class.
