About This Activity
Join UT swimming coaches Carol Capitani, Mitch Dalton, and Wyatt Collins for this exceptional one day clinic! The Texas Technique Clinic is held at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center on the University of Texas at Austin campus. This clinic focuses on technique only, and is not a training camp. Swimmers will work on all four competitive strokes, along with starts and turns. Male and female swimmers (ages 12-up) of any ability level are welcome. It is highly recommended, but not required, that swimmers have competitive experience prior to attending. Clinic space is limited to 100 swimmers and available on a first come - first serve basis. On-site registration permitted on space available basis. ALL swimmers must present a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival, regardless of vaccination status. No spectators will be allowed at this event, and swimmers must provide their own lunch and snacks. Clinic fee is $200 and includes coaching, facility use, t-shirt, and swim cap. Swimmers provide their own lunch. Fees payable by check, money order, or credit card ONLY. NO cash payments are accepted. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for clinic withdrawals after March 30, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations after Friday, April 8, 2022. Per NCAA rules, sport camps and clinics conducted by The University of Texas are open to all entrants. Enrollment is limited only by age, grade level, gender, and capacity restrictions as specified by each camp.
