About This Activity
Description
Join us for a nine week, all-level session that is beginner-friendly but also provides skillful opportunities to safely deepen your practice. This is good for those who may not have practiced in a while, or for those who face physical challenges. Teachings in pranayama (breathing) and meditation support the physical practice. Our philosophy is “Do what you can, and let the rest go.”
