About This Activity
Instructors: Valentina Perpepaj Math Olympiad (“MOEMS”) is a team-based approach to solving creative and out-of-the-box Math Problems that puts the magic back into math. MOEMS provides the thrill of the discovery, that “Aha!” moment that brings deep satisfaction, of solving a problem and a sense of accomplishment. The goal of MOEMS is to stimulate enthusiasm and a love for Mathematics, introduce important Mathematical concepts, teach major strategies for problem-solving develop Mathematical flexibility in solving problems, strengthen Mathematical intuition, foster Mathematical creativity and ingenuity and to provide the satisfaction, joy, and thrill of meeting challenges.
