About This Activity
Full Week Programming This week, we will cover artists from various art movements who have explored portraiture and various other forms of art. We'll learn the basics of human proportions, tackle the difference between a portrait and a picture, and learn strategies for getting accurate and expressive resemblance to our subjects. We will discover pop art, cubism, expressionism, and impressionism. Learn from the artists who created the movements! Each day will be inspired by a modern artist who paved the way for contemporary artists today.
