PLEASE NOTE: LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE! All children will be registered first to a WAITLIST. Once a spot is open, our staff will contact you to confirm their spot and secure payment information. The Y's Infant, Toddler, PreK programs provide developmentally appropriate curriculum designed to support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of your children. Children at the Y are encouraged to use their creativity, develop new skills, work and play with peers, and experience positive adult role models. The program is conducted by trained YMCA staff that serve as positive role models. Our staff will engage with your children in healthy activities that focus on the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. While we can't predict all the ways things will be different this school year, one thing is certain: kids that attend the Y will have fun, get exercise, and feel well-cared for -- as always! We will be offering our programs with enhanced health procedures that are aligned with the information and guidelines we receive from the CDC, State of Florida, and local governments, to help protect participants, parents, and Y team members. ANNUAL REGISTRATION: Registration for the YMCA’s infant and toddler programs are ANNUAL registrations (August-August) to ensure your child has a spot in their program for all weeks of the year. Parents are able to cancel their child’s enrollment at any time with a week’s notice. Re-enrollment is not guaranteed to previous participants and is possible on a first come first serve basis should spaces be available. Parents will be asked to review and sign the licensing paperwork at the site on their child's first day. Please allow extra time on your child's first day to sign these required forms. PLEASE NOTE: In order to ensure the correct licensing forms and information are at the site on your child's first day, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ENROLLED ONLINE PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE. Children will not be able to attend programing until the online registration is complete, and registration forms will no longer be accepted on the first day of attendance. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE: Our Infant/Toddler/Pre-K and VPK programs have limited spots! When completing the registration, children may be placed on the WAIT LIST for the program. Children on the WAIT LIST ARE NOT ENROLLED AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT in the program. Should a spot become available, our staff will reach out to parents to confirm their spot and secure payment information. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Participants MUST BE ENROLLED by THURSDAY of the week PRIOR TO which they plan to attend in order to start on Monday. Those enrolled after Thursday will not be registered or able to attend until the following Monday due to licensing requirements. VACATION WEEKS: Parents have the flexibility to choose which weeks they use their vacation! Participants receive 2 weeks of vacation per year. WEEKLY FEE: $133 - Infants(6 wks to 12 mths) $113 - Pre-Toddler(13-24 mths) $103 - Toddler (25-36 mths) $97 - PreSchool/PreK (3-5 yrs) REGISTRATION FEE: ALL school age participants are required to pay an Annual Registration Fee of $25 for an individual child or $40 for two or more siblings. The Annual Registration fee will be added after registration is received and processed via EFT. WEEKLY PAYMENTS: *All infant and toddler program fees are scheduled to be paid by EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer). *EFT will process "Every Saturday" just after midnight. Your first EFT processing is based on your child's start date in the program. *All weekly fees are required to be paid if your child attends or not, except under the vacation policy. *Payment Policy Agreement is available below for your review, and will be acknowledged during registration. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE: YMCAs are charitable organizations here to serve people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes. The YMCA is community-based and believes that its programs and services should be available to everyone. Financial assistance is offered on a sliding fee scale designed to fit each individual's financial situation.
