This training program is designed specifically to develop strong, dynamic and healthy throwing mechanics for softball players. We will focus on: -correct warm up & cool down routines -developing arm health by improving throwing patterns -develop arm strength through a progression that will include long toss, plyo balls, and drills to incorporate footwork -challenging players with complex movement drills to make them dynamic throwers on the field -develop defensive footwork and glovework Each session players will work through a consistent warm up, improve their arm action with drill work and video analysis, and complete a series of arm strengthening exercises for performance and injury prevention. Players will be divided within this group based on age and skill level. Thursday: 6:15pm-7:15pm Saturday: 11:00am-12:00pm
