We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
Learn your basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength and endurance. This class is great for beginners who are actively interested in boxing but don't know how to get started. Dress: comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. Boxing gloves will be available for purchase or students can bring their own.
