About This Activity
Description
Participants will be introduced to the skills needed for entry into the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course. Participants will also learn from actual lifeguards during Public Swim about what it means to be a lifeguard. The camp will include structured training in the morning followed by access to the pool for free swim time during public swim. Snack and t-shirt included. Bring swim attire, towel, and lunch.
Participant drop off at Rusch Community Center/Pool. Bring pen/pencil, notebook, swimsuit, towel, water and lunch daily.
