Description
Root Beer Flutes is an ensemble for advanced-beginning students who have played flute for at least one year. Participants will rehearse flute ensemble repertoire, and receive instruction on flute-playing basics and ensemble performance skills. They will also have opportunities to try out other members of the flute family, including the piccolo, and the alto and bass flutes.Prerequisite: Ability to play one-octave major scales up to 3 flat keys and 2 sharp keys.
If this is your first enrollment of the school year in the Center for Music (September-June), a non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment ($35 for a single registrant, with a cap of $50 per family).
