About This Activity

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, March 7, 2022.
This lifting class will incorporate beginning, intermediate and advanced lifting techniques. Participants will be shown proper technique and form to insure low risk of injury. Power, explosion, speed, balance, mobility and more will be the focus point in developing these participants into everyday athletes.
Please make sure participant wears comfortable athletic shoes clothing...no jeans or hard sole shoes.
NOTE - No class on 2/21/22 for holiday.
MASKS REQUIRED: …in the building for children and adults/parents/guardians.Participants may take off masks while actively engaged in a fitness activity.
Parents attending or viewing their child’s classes are required to keep masks on at all times.
Everyone must wear a mask while in common areas like the bleachers, getting a drink from the water fountain or using the restroom
Art class participants must wear masks at all times while in the building.
