About This Activity
Description
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow routines and rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. It’s an aerobic activity that can count toward fitness recommended for aerobic people. Also enhancing balance, coordination, agility and strength.
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm register/cancel by 9/6 (pre-registration is required)
Location: Kerr Street Gym; 405 Kerr Street. NW
Fee: $12.00 per session
