This is perhaps one of the most challenging class we offer. A pantry with several ingredients will be waiting for you. Participants will be divided in groups of 2 and then work on recipes without recipes in hand. This is the time when you flow your creativity and ingenuity. You will have 5 questions for the chef (food-related), and embark on this unusual challenge. Food will be judged on creativity, philosophy, technical, presentation, taste. If you are up to the task, take this class. The worst that could happen? We just won't eat the food, but there will be plenty to satisfy our palates.
