Once the music starts, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Join us for a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy. This multi-level class will include high and low impact options. The best part?...no mirrors are used in this class.
This is a great class for the experienced dancer or for someone that has always wanted to dance. As long a you know your left from your right (at least most of the time anyway), you can do this! So, come on out and have some fun, dance, and work up a sweat!
Taught by a licensed Zumba instructor, this multi-level class will include high and low impact options. You choose the intensity that is right for you.
Please wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water and a towel.
Note on foot wear: smooth sole sneaker are best - or a pair that most of the tread is worn off on. You want the support of the sneaker, but don't need a lot of tread.
