Indoor rock climbing will immediately pull you into action in a way that team sports just can’t. You are going to love this camp! Climbing is a sport that builds strength throughout your entire body. Climbing demands agility, balance, coordination, and problem- solving skills. We will emphasize strength and fitness in this particular climbing camp. An American Mountain Guide Association certified Climbing Wall Instructor will lead the course, which adheres to AMGA standards for curriculum and instruction. Climbing equipment and transportation to a local climbing gym is provided. Wear summer workout clothes. Required equipment: Water bottle, snack.
