About This Activity
Description
Shorin-Ryu uses natural body movements that greatly enhance a beginner's ability to learn. A variety of self-defense techniques are taught with emphasis on blocking, punching and kicking. White Gi (uniform) is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
No class 3/26, 4/2, 4/9.
Class on 3/12 held at Oak Hill Park - Ballroom
