About This Activity
Description
This activity is closed to further registration.
Participants will learn discipline, respect and self-defense in this ancient martial art class. Tae Kwon Do promotes self-control, balance, coordination, concentration and self-esteem. This is a limited contact activity; participants should wear loose fitting clothing. Participants must be at least 7 years of age. Class is open to all level belts and experience.
