About This Activity
Description

These classes consist of a proper warm up and stretching followed by martial art basic blocks, kicks, stances, strikes, and self-defense techniques.
Please wear sweat pants and t-shirt. Bring a water bottle. No food allowed. Waiver form must be filled out at the Flying Dragons Studio.
