ACE Afterschool programs provide students with 3 hours of high-quality academic enrichment each day after school. The focus of this program is to help students academically through tutoring, academic guidance, and robust enrichment. Students must be enrolled at this school campus to participate. CISNT Afterschool Programs focus on providing academic support, enrichment, and social-emotional learning to students in 3rd – 8th grade. Students must meet the following requirements in order to be admitted into the program: • Be in 3rd-8th grade or have a sibling already participating in the program. • Be able to participate comfortably in all program activities. • Be able to participate in the program without compromising the health, safety, or supervision of other students or staff. • Be able to accompany their age group for participation in inside or outside activities • Does not require individualized support for eating, drinking, potty, or bus transportation. Parents are responsible for informing the CISNT Site Coordinator of any special circumstances, concerns, or information regarding their child’s health and well-being. CISNT will adhere to as many accommodations as possible so that the student can be successful. CISNT Afterschool programs are not given copies of 504 plans or IEPs. Any accommodations or modifications that require extra attention will require a meeting with the Senior Program Director and is subject to approval.
