The Derry Judo Club teaches the art of Judo in a safe and instructional manner. Students are taught conditioning exercises, how to roll and fall, throws, ground techniques, struggles, and arm bars. Practices are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings for participants ages 8 through adult. All students must also register with the USJA on an annual basis to participate.
Class times are as follows:
Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm- 8:30pm

Annual membership with the USJA is $50.00. USJA check payment and USJA form must be submitted to the instructor at the first practice. Students must wear a long sleeve sweatshirt and sweatpants or purchase a uniform from the instructor. Practice is done in bare feet.
