Level 2 – Builds on the basic skills and water safety; Students will learn to jump in the water, roll over and float as a safety skill. Swimmers advance when they can jump into the pool, glide on their front and back, and Swim 2 body lengths front and back supported.
Things we will be working on
Float on back for 10 seconds
Front Glide and recover
Back Glide and recover
Swim on front for 2 body lengths
Jump from the side of the pool
Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment of 2 students will be cancelled.
