About This Activity

If you would like to register but are worried the schedule may not work for you once it becomes available, we will offer a refund up to two weeks prior to the session start date. The 2nd Shift program is easily accessible and affordable, and designed to help bridge the gap between learn-to-play programs, such as the Oilers successful First Shift, a partnership between the club and the NHL and NHLPA, and minor hockey registration. It will provide kids and parents with more exposure to the sport through easy to access skill development and learning sessions to encourage continued participation in the sport. The program consists of six one-hour on-ice sessions lead by Oilers Alumni Fernando Piasni and Jason Chimera. 2nd Shift is a Continue to Play program and requires participants to have completed a Learn to Play program prior to registering. To be eligible for Edmonton Oilers 2nd Shift participants cannot have been previously enrolled in minor hockey. Limited sizes and quantities are available. Item pictures are for display purposes only and actual color or brand of equipment may differ. Purchased equipment will be available on Jan 31, prior to the first ice time.
