About This Activity
Description
First-time players or those wanting to improve skills focus on lacrosse fundamentals. Program includes stick work, shooting, ground balls and basic lacrosse concepts. Fee includes t-shirt and use of lacrosse equipment. REMEMBER TO BRING: Reusable Water Bottle; Sneakers; Cleats (for outdoor use only); Mouth Guard; Participant Information Form completed and signed.
