About This Activity
Description
EXPO Tennis for the BEGINNER starts with understanding the game, then moves on to how to hold the racquet and how to move your arms and legs to strike the ball so it will go over the net. There is running, jumping, swinging (the racquet), music and water breaks. Instructors have experience teaching tennis to ALL kinds of beginning players including those with special needs.
People with disabilities are encouraged to sign up for these classes since the program will adapt instruction to their needs. Further, WA State DDA respite funds can be used to pay for these classes if the player has them available. To sign up for this class with DDA please call 360-615-5620.
Players can "drop-in" by coming to class and paying $20 to the coach after signing a release form (if space is available).
