Oak Learners offers a variety of camp opportunities throughout the year. A typical day for all campers includes a morning meditation with yoga elements, fun arts and musical activities throughout the day, and an outdoor adventure trip to a local park or nature trail. Every day of camp, children experience a variety of Arts & Cultural activities, including: Music: Campers experiment with a variety of instruments, musical genres and techniques. Students will collaborate on musical compositions while also strengthening their individual skills. Art: Children will explore various artistic expression mediums including sculpture, painting, sketching and digital photography. Outdoors: Campers will spend as much time outdoors as possible, enjoying local field trips designed to encourage them to explore their natural surroundings and develop an understanding of their own roles in nature. Mindfulness: In addition to participating in guided yoga and meditation exercises, giving each child time to be introspective, ask questions, relax and be creative! Day Camps run from 9am-4pm.
