Learn, Practice and Play Chess each class. Learn the basic knowledge and fundamentals required to play chess in a fun group setting.

Refund Policy: Participants will have program fees fully refunded when classes or programs are canceled by the YMCA. Refunds are processed within one month of cancellation. NO REFUNDS for missed classes - see instructor for approved make ups only. A credit toward another YMCA program is given when a participant drops a class for a medical reason. A doctor’s note is required to receive the credit and the amount will be prorated. The YMCA will not issue credits based on a participant’s inability to attend a program or class. Neither refunds nor credits will be issued when classes are canceled due to severe weather or other conditions. Refunds are not issued for discrepancies of more than 90 days. Please check your statements regularly.
