Ease into meditation effortlessly with this guided mantra meditation class that is perfect for both the experienced meditator and beginners, taught by Alison Friedman, a Chopra Center certified meditation teacher. You will be comfortably walked through each step of the meditation, so that you can find a calm and peaceful state.
Meditation Etiquette: Please arrive a few minutes early for class. We ask that you don't open the door once class has begun.
