Experience a different way to practice meditation each week. Practices include focused attention, as well as mindful, open monitoring of moment by moment experience. Learn how to maintain awareness of the present without judgment by tuning into the senses and your breath. Clinical trials have shown that meditation helps reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep. Chairs are available, but you may bring a mat and pillows if that makes you more comfortable.
