Learning Sun Salutations, oftentimes called "Meditation in Motion," is a traditional practice that connects poses through movement and breath. When our focus is on our breath, our mind and body become linked, dipping us into the present moment and giving us a sense of balance. The individual poses are Mountain, Standing Forward Fold, Standing Half Forward Fold, Lunge, Downward Facing Dog, Plank, Four-Limbed Staff and Upward-Facing Dog. Bring a mat.
