Beginner level - It's never too late to learn to dance and our adult ballet classes are a great way to keep fit and improve posture and flexibility in a social atmosphere. No experience necessary. This class will focus on developing a basic understanding of the foundations of ballet with exercises at the barre, in the center and moving across the floor. The core emphasis of this level will be on understanding and improving proper alignment, posture, rotation and flexibility. Clothing should be loose and comfortable so that you can move easily. No denim. We recommend that students have bare feet or flat ballet shoes.
