Description
Students will build on skills learned in Aqua Tot 2.
Students must be able to already:- Bob, 5 times- Hold breath underwater, 5 seconds- Relax during front float, 3 seconds- Relax during back float, 3 seconds- Jump in deep water (unassisted))- Front glide with kick- Kick on back with support- Combined arm and leg action on front (2 body lengths, about 5 yards)- Alternating arm and leg action on back (2 body lengths, about 5 yards)- Introduced to combined and alternating arms and leg action back- Back glide and recover to vertical position
Children often require more than one session to master the skills needed to proceed to the next level.
