Description
Do you like to move, wiggle, jump, balance and stretch? Then our Dance/Fitness/ FUN program might be just the right fit. With an emphasis on non-traditional movement activities like cardio dance/parachute play/hula hoops/ jump rope/ yoga/ scarfs and more, students explore how to connect different patterns to dance. Weekly programs will include interactive dance games/ obstacle courses and balance skills.
