About This Activity

This class is formulated for next level basketball players. We will be incorporating high intensity, high skill level drills that will constantly challenge serious young players who aspire to reach their full potential. There will be strong emphasis placed on balance and core strength, proper footwork, ball handling, proper shooting form, and the ability to finish at the basket. This is a great class for high school players who are looking to add skills for the upcoming tryouts and season.
