About This Activity
Description
Archery is a sport to assist with muscle development, accuracy, balance, coordination and patience. The program takes place in a highly supervised environment where positive encouragement and individualized instruction is provided to encourage participant success. Parent or guardian is encouraged to attend if participant requires additional assistance.
All participants must wear sneakers or close toed shoes. Croc's do not qualify as a close toed shoe.
FREE WITH AN ADAPTIVE PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
Adaptive/Therapeutic programs are designed specifically for individuals with special needs and disabilities. Participant's family members are encouraged to attend programs to provide positive reinforcement and support when needed.
An additional information form must be completed, in addition to the standard waiver, prior to the class start date. The paperwork can be downloaded from the DRD website.
