Pre-School 2-
This class builds on skills learned in Pre-School 1. Students are taught independent floating and gliding, adaptation to deep water and start arm stroking.
Pre-Requisites:
a) All pre-requisites for Pre-School 1.
b) Very comfortable in the water, including submerging face and holding breath.
c) Front and back float with assistance.
