This is a healthy way for children to exercise, replenish natural energy and enjoy non-competitive fun. This class promotes self-regulation, mindfulness, confidence, strength, flexibility and improves physical coordination. Children will experience yoga through a fun, theme-based approach, and they will have the opportunity to learn fundamental yoga poses, breathing exercises and attention-centering techniques. Regular yoga practice can reduce stress, cultivate kindness among students and improve their ability to focus attention. Students need to bring a yoga mat. No class on November 29th.
