Part 1 of Shooting Fundamentals is designed to help athletes develop or improve their shooting form. Part 1 will teach players correct footwork, body positioning and ball placement as they execute shots from various positions on the court. Step in shots, shots off the dribble and off the catch will be the concentration in this program. Players will also work on range shooting and free throw positioning and routine. Each player will build the muscle memory to consistently shoot with control and confidence. Once players complete this program they will be able to enroll in the second part of the Shooting Fundamentals Block. Program consists of 6 - 1 hour sessions.
