Looking to improve your quality of life through running or walking? Want to stay in shape through the holiday season? This program will help you meet and exceed your goals. You'll receive a customized training plan to help you cross the finish line. Whether you want to improve your 5K or train for you first race, we can help you reach your goal. You will love being part of such a fun, supportive environment. All registered athletes will receive incentive items, sport shirt, snacks, fluids, and educational sessions on nutrition and injury prevention. Join us and improve your quality of life through running and walking. Races are not included in program but discounts are offered to certain races. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: Participants will need to bring plenty of water. Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement and running shoes.
Head Coach: Tina Klein, currently ranked 6th in the world, has ranked "All American" Standards in 3,000; 5,000, 10K, and 1 mile. She leads a team of coaches for all levels of runners from beginner to advanced.
