Our Youth Stage 2: Water Movement lessons are perfect for school age children who are comfortable in the water and are able to swim and float with assistance for 10 feet. In these lessons, our instructors teach children body position and control, directional change and forward movement in the water. Children also practice what to do to remain safe if they unexpectedly fall into a body of water.
Not sure what level lessons to enroll your child in? We are happy to discuss this with you and/or provide a free swim assessment to determine the correct level for your child. Contact the aquatics director at your branch for details.
