About This Activity
Description
Little Rookies T-Ball program offers youth the chance to get active and have some fun. T-Ball will build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing social skills and healthy relationships with other youth. T-Ball also helps kids build strength, endurance, conditioning, and coordination.
This is a great non-competitive program where youth can become comfortable with the game of T-Ball. We focus on fun, character development, team work, sportsmanship, participation, and basic skill development. Skills include batting, catching, base running, and much more!
Please Bring: Participants will need their own bat and batting hat, as well as a good pair of tennis shoes (or cleats), a glove, water bottle, and sunscreen.
All parent communication and notifications will be done via email to your email address associated with your YMCA account.
YMCA sports are based on seven guiding principles: Everyone plays, Safety first, Fair play, Positive competition, Sports for all, Sports for fun, and Family Involvement. Our leagues are supported by parent volunteers who are engaged as coaches, referees, and raving fans!
