It is important to not only reduce the number of injuries, but also to prevent the extent and severity of injuries. We utilize different techniques and exercises to increase strength in muscles that are not primarily focused on a daily basis in most practices and training throughout sports programs. By teaching the preventative measures that can be used to reduce injuries, athletes will be improving on their overall balance, agility, and strength. Not only will they be challenged with physical exercises, but they will learn how to gain mental strength through connecting the mind and body as one unit. This course helps take athletes to the next level in their sports training.
